Yes. Once the hammer falls your buyer is legally committed to purchase and cannot change their mind without the penalty of losing their deposit. Throughout the process weekly updates will be provided to both our vendors and buyers.

Can you set a reserve price at Auction?

Yes, you can set a Reserve Price. This is confidential between the seller and auctioneer. A reserve price is the lowest figure acceptable to the seller.

Can I get the Best Price at Auction?

Competition is good, so gathering all potential purchasers together in the same place will create an environment for the best price to be achieved.

Is Auction the Fastest way to Sell?

With auction a pre-auction offer or the auction hammer falling on the designated lot commits the purchaser to complete the sale within 28 days unless agreed otherwise. This timescale is legal and binding. Clients are attracted to auction because of the promptness of a swift completion of a sale.

Is Auction Secure?

Buyers must exchange contracts immediately putting down a 10% deposit, this ties them into the sale. If they fail to complete, they lose the property and their deposit. This reduces the likelihood of a sale falling through.
