The Fresh Lettings department continues to go from strength to strength by hitting the No.1 spot in a recent report via the property portal Zoopla. During the 4-week period 09/11/18 to 06/12/18 we are shown as the No.1 agent in terms of property stock on the market across 80 local agents.

Questions and Answers with Dean Brain
Question: What do you celebrate the most about the Fresh lettings team?
Answer: Both Matthew (my fellow director) and I put a huge amount of care and effort into staff selection and training. Our procedures and office set up just works really well. The staff we have assembled really work with us and not just for us. To produce the recent numbers we have posted would just not be possible without directors, staff and finely tuned procedures all coming together.
Question: What is one feature of your rental team that really works?
Answer: There are many, but I guess the most obvious one is that each managed landlord gets their own personal property manager. Our landlord clients and tenants really appreciate and enjoy this set up.
Question: What recent changes have been made in the rental department?
Answer: We are always tweaking and improving our procedures and office set up. Both Matt and I take this responsibility very seriously. If you are not moving and adapting, you will fall behind. Over the years we have been very good at this. Just recently we had the news that one of our property managers Melina is leaving for Cyprus for 3 years with her husband Charlie who is in the forces. This is a great opportunity for her and the family and she will be leaving with our best wishes. We have just appointed a great replacement and will have a smooth handover in the coming weeks. We have also just added to our admin team to meet the demands of the extra business. Our admin team have been under pressure in recent weeks and so we have listened to their cries for more help!
Question: Why should a landlord instruct Fresh in 2019 to let their property?
Answer: Well I think our numbers speak for themselves, but beyond the figures it comes down to Service, Service and Service! We strive to provide our clients with the highest levels of service and our reputation for delivering this has helped grow the business from a standing start to the force we are today.
