My Background…

Started working in a local 5 star hotel at the early age of 16. Started off in housekeeping, moved across to Reception whilst also doing regular shifts for Banqueting & Events. Felt there was not enough room for progression so decided to work as a relief receptionist throughout the UK for various Hotels. I settled at a hotel in Telford where I got promoted to Reception Manager. I missed Swansea, so relocated and started working back in the hospitality industry. After having my daughter in 2009, I decided to find a career with more suitable hours and got into the world of property.  Managing a portfolio of serviced apartments and moving on to a rental portfolio for various private landlords, I have finally settled at Fresh.

My Time at Fresh…

I joined in October 2013, where I started in the Uplands Branch as a Sales & lettings Negotiator. In January 2017 I was promoted to Branch Manager at the newly opened Morriston Branch. Fresh are a unique company to work for and always want to achieve the best possible results for our clients. I love the energy and ambition here.

My Department…

I have a breadth of duties from working on the front line with customers, managing a team of 4 to carrying out appraisals and developing new business.

My Passion for Service…

My level for service was set high from an early age and I have made that a passion to grow myself personally and professionally. I enjoy dealing with people from all walks of life and helping them in to achieve their goals.

Laura, just a thank you from us for all your hard work & patience. As you know this was the third time I’d put the house on the market (previously other agents) & you did it without annoying me with time wasters & people who didn’t like steps. Thanks a million – you are a star! Mrs Sykes, Swansea

My Busy Family Life…

As a family of 5, we spend our quality time taking long walks around the local coastal paths and various scenic locations or amusing the children on rainy days! I recently walked the 22 mile, Annual Macmarathon Gower Walk for Macmillan cancer charity. It started at Rhossili Bay and follows the coastline with some of the most breathtaking scenery and beaches, and finishes at Mumbles Cricket Club.

Laura, We have nothing but praise how you have handled this sale and we would gladly recommend you to anyone who wants to sell, or buy, a property. Kindest regards to you especially but also to all the team there. Mr & Mrs Carr-Frost
Thank you for everything. The service, professionalism and effort has been above what would be expected. Thank you. Richard & Laura
